La serie "Un paisaje se va borrando" representa una investigación centrada en la idea de la borradura en relación con la noción del paisaje. A través del dibujo, Adrián White realiza una superposición de imágenes y paisajes en una misma superficie. Estas capas se borran gradualmente entre sí, dando lugar a la generación de formas completamente nuevas y revelando una potencia poética y metafórica única. El acto de borrar no implica la eliminación, sino más bien se convierte en una manera de liberar nuevas formas de observar e imaginar. Evoca la presencia de otras realidades, permitiendo operar desde un sentido crítico en relación con la domesticación de la mirada asociada a la representación convencional del paisaje.

Adrián White es egresado del Savannah College of Art and Design. Su obra forma parte de la colección de University of California, University of Miami, Savannah College of Art and Design y Kahle-Austin Foundation. The series "A Landscape is Being Erased" embodies an exploration centered around the concept of erasure in connection with the notion of landscape. Through the medium of drawing, Adrián White elaborates on the layering of images and landscapes on the same surface. These layers gradually fade into one another, transforming into entirely novel forms that unveil a distinctive poetic power within the imagery. The act of erasure, far from implying elimination, becomes a way to unleash new perspectives for observation and imagination. It evokes the presence of other realities, enabling a critical standpoint in relation to the domestication of perception associated with the conventional portrayal of landscapes.

Adrián White is a graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design. His work is part of the collections of the University of California, University of Miami, Savannah College of Art and Design, and the Kahle-Austin Foundation. He has had solo and group exhibitions in Mexico, the United States, Australia, India, Peru, Estonia, and Italy, including noteworthy shows such as FLASH: Focus on Contemporary Art in Puebla at the Museo Amparo; Topography of the Trace (curated by Michel Blancsubé) at Córdoba Lab (2022); C5 at the Centro Cultural de España en México (2022); Between Dog and Wolf (curated by Michel Blancsubé) in Mexico City (2021-2022); Edge to Edge 2 at the Venice Institute of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles (2019); and TALES OF DUENDE: The Black Drop (with E. Armanious) at Gaffa in Sydney. He has been involved in projects supported by the Fundación Jumex (Cauces, 2022), the Patronato de Arte Contemporáneo in Mexico (Listening to the Street, 2021), and the Museo Amparo (La 3 y la 4, 2019).
